How do I know what size I am?
Each item online will have the applicable size guide listed on the same page. As sizes can vary from brand to brand, please check the size guide on each product before adding to your cart.

The item I’m hoping to buy has sold out?
If the item you are hoping to buy is no longer available to select, this means that we have sold out in this size.

How can I find out what materials an item is made from?
Generally, all material and design information can be found on the product page under ‘Details’.

What payment methods are accepted?
Nike accepts Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Paypal.

Can I update my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, our team work as quickly as possible to get your order picked, packed and out the door to you. This means that we are unable to make any changes to your order which includes changing the delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?
As soon as you hit ‘Place Order’, your order is immediately transferred to our third-party warehouse system. That means your order can be packed and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Why was my delivery returned to sender?
If our courier partners cannot leave the parcel unattended at your delivery address it will get dropped off at the nearest post office for you to collect.
Why didn’t I receive all of my items?

Only received part of your order?
We really don’t want you to miss out on anything that you’ve ordered, so sometimes we fill orders from multiple warehouses which may result in separate deliveries. This is called a split order. We do this to make sure you can get your full order!

How does it work? If your order has been split into two parts and one item is dispatched first, you’ll receive your first tracking number. When your second item is dispatched, you’ll receive your second tracking number. You won’t receive both tracking numbers at the same time because it’s being fulfilled from separate warehouses which means different dispatch times.
When will I receive my refund?

From the date of arrival at our returns warehouse, it can take anywhere between 2-3 business days to process. Once processed, it can take between 2-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
We recommend holding onto your return tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey back to us!
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once your return has been processed.
Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for refund processing over sales periods and public holidays.
